We work closely with the client when deciding on the interior refurbishment of properties ranging from a small flat to a large family home. We pride ourselves on providing creative advice on utilisation of space and material. We have many years collective experience working closely with architects, engineers and designers and incorporate this in our personal service for our clients. We offer a seamless service offering the client one point of contact and will carry out the work to the clients specification or offer the client a design service at no extra charge.
Where possible we would minimise the use of subcontracted teams working on the refurbishment thus offering us more control on cost and timelines.
We provide new lighting design, systems and installations. Heating and plumbing systems and installations. Bespoke hand built kitchens and bathrooms. Polished concrete, stone, porcelain, granite, marble, limestone, slate etc for kitchen worktops and bathrooms. Specialist painting and decorating service as well as wallpaper hanging service. Design and build wardrobes and shelving system. Beautifully laid and finished engineered and solid flooring as well as under floor heating.
We source materials and fixtures and fittings from the UK and overseas as inexpensively as possible for the client. We work on a transparent coast + basis providing realistic estimates for the work and regularly updating the client on actual costs and timelines. We work hard to minimise the development costs for the client where possible whilst never compromising on the quality of the workmanship. We absolutely pride ourselves on our craftsmen taking the utmost pride in their work in fact this could be said to be the ethos of our business.
